2. Project Background
To ensure efficient communication between staff members, particularly across housekeeping, reception, maintenance, and security, the hotel is seeking a reliable and user-friendly two-way radio system. These devices will support our commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining operational efficiency.
3. Scope of Supply
Suppliers are requested to submit tenders for:
Compact, lightweight, licence-free digital or analogue two-way radios suitable for indoor hospitality environments.
Accessories including:
Charging stations or dock chargers
Belt clips or holsters
Batteries (with spares if applicable)
Basic staff training guides
Warranty and after-sales support options
Key requirements:
Operates on PMR446 frequencies (licence-free use in the UK)
Minimum 16 channels
Durable and discreet design suitable for hospitality settings
Long battery life (minimum 9–12 hours per charge)
Clear audio quality, even in busy environments
